What we will ask of you

To draw up a meaningful proposal, three things are generally sufficient: your most recent medical report, the nature of what you are seeking — a second opinion, a procedure, a general check-up — and the time frame your trip allows.

Should you hold no documentation at present, do write to us nonetheless. We will tell you what to request from your treating doctor.

We reply to everyone

This includes those instances where our answer is that we are not the right company for you. Some conditions are better attended to locally; others do not warrant travelling at all. We will say so plainly rather than engage you in a journey that serves no purpose.

Our commitment is to make the way ahead clear, whether or not it leads to South Africa.

  1. You tell us about your condition

    Describe your situation in a few lines and attach your medical report should you have one. Nothing further is required at this stage.

  2. We consult our network

    We assess your case and consult our network of highly qualified medical practitioners to match you with the appropriate experts.

  3. We provide a quotation

    A costed estimate negotiated with the medical facilities, together with a proposed treatment pathway and the length of stay it is likely to require.

  4. We take care of the rest

    Upon your agreement, we organize your appointments, visa documentation, flights, transfers and accommodation.
